Privacy Policy

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by [hosting provider]. Technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested, browser type) is processed in server logs to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Your privacy choice

We store your choice from the privacy banner in your browser's local storage. This is technically necessary (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

4. Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google or other font providers.

5. Contact and appointment requests

Details you send us via the form, email or phone are used only to handle your request and arrange your appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR) and are deleted when no longer needed. Please do not send health information through the form.

6. Google Maps

A Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited) is loaded only after you explicitly consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Your IP address is then transferred to Google, possibly to the USA. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie-Einstellungen” in the footer.

7. Instagram

We link to our Instagram profile; data is transferred only when you click the link.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover.
