This page explains what happens when you use the Luhiva website and the project form.

What we collect

If you send a project request, we store the details you typed: name, company, email, phone, current website, the kind of work, budget range and message. We use that information to reply to you.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, for the project record. You can ask us to delete an enquiry by emailing luhiva.momentum@gmail.com.

Sharing

We do not sell enquiry data. Hosting and email providers may process it only so the site and the reply can function.

This is a working policy for the studio site. Have it reviewed before you rely on it as legal advice.
